UK Atomic Energy Authority leads the way in realising fusion energy, partnering with industry and research for groundbreaking advancements. Act as the first point of contact for queries, resolving issues or escalating as needed
Provide diary management for the Directors of Commercial, Finance, and Legal
Accurately enter and maintain finance and procurement data, including purchases, supplier updates, and invoices
Arrange UK and international travel, accommodation, and visitor transport in line with UKAEA procedures
Support meetings and events, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and catering arrangements
Process and reconcile Government Purchase Card transactions, escalating queries where required

We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in administrative work who’s comfortable using Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you’ll be coordinating with different people and managing information daily.
The role requires the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively, so organisation is key. You should also be flexible, ready to take on a variety of administrative duties, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
