WSET is seeking a passionate Digital Learning Designer to create innovative and inclusive learning experiences for a global audience. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with a world-leading education provider, designing high-quality digital and blended learning content that supports learners across multiple formats and environments.

We’re looking for a Digital Learning Designer who can help us build engaging, inclusive, and accessible content across online, blended, and in-person formats. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Instructional Design and Content Development Manager, playing an important part in refining and improving our courses using proven, evidence-based approaches like ADDIE. Responsibilities

• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital, blended, synchronous, and asynchronous learning
• Play an active role in the Product team’s community, sharing ideas and helping improve learning design and delivery over time
• Build and maintain strong expertise in WSET’s Learning Management System (Canvas) along with tools like Articulate 360 and Genially
• Support project planning and help ensure learning design work is delivered on time by collaborating with Project Management, Research & Development, Educational Development, and Qualifications teams
• Use learner insights, personas, and needs analysis to guide decisions around curriculum, content, and delivery methods
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure all content meets WSET’s standards for quality, accessibility, and overall learner experience
• Help integrate classroom, online, and blended learning approaches effectively across WSET programmes
• Apply accessibility, inclusive design, and adult learning principles to everything you create
• Design and develop engaging, high-quality digital learning resources for a global audience across online, blended, and classroom environments

Exprience

• You’re naturally curious about new ways of learning and are always looking for opportunities to improve the learning experience
• You’re comfortable working across different learning formats, whether it’s online, blended, or in-person environments
• You have experience collaborating with subject matter experts and external content creators to bring ideas to life
• You’re passionate about creating accessible, inclusive, and learner-focused content
• You have hands-on experience designing learning solutions using recognised instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE
