Fever is currently hiring a Global Production Assistant to support its Global Production team in delivering high-quality live entertainment experiences. We are looking for Production Assistant to assist our Global Production team in every facet of production to guarantee the delivery of top-notch experiences.

This individual will assist with our development and delivery aspects of the production, while also offering administrative help to the Executive Producer. This position demands strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, along with the capability to handle multiple projects at once and prioritise effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage administrative responsibilities for the Global Production Team, which includes organizing shared drive folders, coordinating team social events, and preparing birthday cards and farewell gifts as needed.
• Coordinate calendar management by organizing meetings for the Global Production, Technical Production, and Creative teams.
• Draft and document minutes for weekly production meetings, making certain that approvals and action items are clearly distributed.
• Manage and uphold the global shared drive, ensuring all files are precise, organized, and current consistently
• Manage and distribute NDAs for new venues, contractors, and suppliers as needed.
• Support the Creative team by preparing creative presentations and submitting materials for studio approval procedures.
• Manage financial administrative tasks, such as creating purchase orders, performing data entry, and monitoring payments and pending orders.
• Assist the Operations Manager with international recruitment efforts, including posting job advertisements, evaluating CVs, narrowing down candidates based on criteria, and scheduling interviews.
• Collaborate and coordinate with various internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and alignment on event objectives
• Domestic and international travel and work across time zones may be required.

Candidate Requirements

Experience & Skills

The role requires at least 2+ years of experience in the live event production or entertainment industry as a Production Assistant, along with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects at any given time.

The ideal candidate will have an innovative and solution-focused mindset to identify problems and develop creative solutions, as well as strong logistics planning skills related to global travel and accommodation booking. A basic understanding of technical production requirements and fabrication techniques is also required, together with a curious attitude, an appetite for learning, a willingness to push boundaries, and the ability to quickly pick up new skills.

Experience in outdoor events and/or large-scale events is considered a plus, and experience working with major studios or IP holders would be an advantage.
