We are seeking a commercially driven and operationally focused Multi-Site Assistant Manager to support performance across multiple hospitality locations while taking full ownership of one home site in Moseley, Birmingham. This flexible role offers freelance, part-time, or full-time arrangements and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment with real responsibility and growth potential.
This is a hands-on role that combines day-to-day operational leadership with driving commercial performance and coordinating closely with franchise partners. It would suit someone who enjoys a bit of variety in their week and is comfortable adapting their working structure — whether that’s freelance, part-time, or full-time — as long as they’re ready to take clear responsibility and make a meaningful impact.
Help make performance reporting tools, operational systems and improvement initiatives that actually make work smoother.
Support the onboarding of new locations by standardising processes, guiding teams through training, and making sure each site is set up for long-term success.
Keep a close eye on labour performance and workforce planning to ensure teams are structured efficiently without overextending resources.
Work alongside the Area Manager to provide hands-on operational support across multiple locations when and where it’s needed most.
Track and optimise cost of goods sold (COGS), identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve margins without compromising quality.
Ensure franchise operations remain compliant while maintaining operational consistency and upholding brand standards across all sites.
Take full responsibility for stock — from ordering and control to reducing waste and protecting margins.
Keep a close eye on labour efficiency, building smart schedules and making sure productivity stays on track.
Support, coach, and motivate the team, shaping a positive culture while driving performance and development.
Act as the operational lead for the Moseley site, overseeing day-to-day activity and keeping everything running smoothly.
We offer UK visa sponsorship for eligible candidates who need support to work here.
There’s a referral programme too — if you recommend someone great, you’ll be rewarded for it.
You’ll have access to on-site parking, making the commute that bit easier.
Flexitime is available, giving you more control over your schedule and work–life balance.
Enjoy discounted or even free food while you’re on shift.
We also provide a company pension to help you plan for the future.
We’re looking for someone with experience in managing hospitality operations. Whether as an assistant manager, deputy manager or in a similar leadership role. You need to have control over daily operations and a good understanding of business. You must be confident to work with performance numbers and key goals to achieve results in hospitality operations management.
Managing and developing teams should come easily to you. You will be very organised. Pay close attention to details. The important thing is that you have a proactive mindset. You focus on finding solutions. You spot problems early. Take charge of fixing them.
It is a plus if you have worked with many sites before or have experience in running franchise operations. We also want someone who knows how to get results by managing staff well and keeping a close eye on the costs of goods sold. If you are driven and think you can move into a leadership role, you will be a good match in an area one day.
