Elysium Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our specialist care service at 1a Upper Brighton Road in Surbiton. In this role, you’ll have the chance to guide a dedicated team in delivering outstanding care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. You’ll also oversee service performance, support and develop staff, and collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and local community partners to make a real difference in people’s lives.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing and shaping the service, building strong, collaborative relationships with community multidisciplinary teams and other external partners. You’ll be responsible for ensuring outstanding care and smooth operational performance, while also identifying and developing new opportunities with purchasers and referrers to support the growth of the service.
As a member of the management team, you will help shape the strategic direction of the care home, ensuring its operations align with Elysium’s overall objectives and business plan.
You will promote and strengthen Elysium Healthcare’s reputation by consistently delivering high-quality outcomes and positive experiences for service users.
You will also ensure that both quality standards and financial targets are achieved, while supporting the ongoing development of healthcare services that respond to the evolving needs of clients and purchasers, and reflect current market trends and evidence-based practice.
Experience working as a Registered Manager, with a solid understanding of the responsibilities involved in leading and overseeing care services.
A supportive and inclusive management approach, combined with the confidence and leadership skills needed to guide and motivate a team.
A strong background in healthcare management, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality services.
A good understanding of mental health and learning disabilities, along with a genuine commitment to improving clinical standards and the quality of care for service users.
Strong commercial awareness, including experience in service development, people management, budget oversight, and contributing to business growth and revenue generation.
