To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service / Administrator to join our remote team. This role plays an important part in keeping our daily operations running efficiently while helping us maintain the high level of service our customers expect.
Compile reports and provide administrative support to the management team.
Handle any customer complaints or problems and forward them to ensure timely resolution.
Update and maintain customer records, ensuring that all information is correctly logged in our CRM system.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, helping you stay on top of tasks and responsibilities.
Confidence in communicating clearly and professionally, both in writing and in conversation.
The ability to manage multiple tasks at once while prioritizing your time effectively.
Experience working in customer service or administrative roles in a professional environment.
