In this fully remote position, you will act as the operational backbone of the organization, ensuring members smoothly navigate their screening journey while contributing to process improvements and innovation in early cancer detection.
As an Ezra Care Advisor, you will be the backbone of the operation, providing a seamless member experience. This role is largely backend, operationally focused, with customer-facing aspects that are concerned with the execution of the myriad of detailed tasks necessary to move the Ezra screening process along efficiently. You will be the key contributor to the development of the Ezra product, as well as the primary point of contact for the Ezra member.
At Ezra, our mission is to make early cancer detection accessible to everyone. Our AI-powered MRI can screen for cancer across up to 13 organs and is available at more than 100 imaging centers in more than 30 cities across the US. We believe in empowering people to take charge of their health, and we offer Ezra as a direct-to-consumer service. Members visit a partner imaging center for their MRI and receive their AI-powered results from an Ezra Medical Provider within 7-10 days.
