We’re looking for a Systems and Support Engineer to join our specialist engineering team, working with cutting-edge industrial technology solutions. Provide hands-on technical support across installations, configuration, commissioning, and validation, working closely with our Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve both hardware and software issues.
Deliver reliable maintenance, system improvements, and day-to-day troubleshooting to ensure equipment and processes continue running smoothly.
Manage customer enquiries from start to finish — responding promptly, acting on feedback, and escalating issues where needed to maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
Offer internal technical guidance and contribute to training initiatives, while maintaining close collaboration with the Endress + Hauser Maulburg Support Department.
Take part in a 24/7 on-call support rota and provide internal IT and technical assistance whenever required.
Travel occasionally to client sites, including overnight stays, to provide on-site support when necessary.
Strong logical and analytical thinking with a methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach.
Comfortable working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other essential business tools.
Flexible and adaptable, ready to respond to changing business priorities and customer needs.

Hold a full driver’s licence for travel and on-site responsibilities.

You should have a CompTIA A+ or a similar qualification, or solid hands-on experience in a relevant role. Experience supporting systems in process control, measurement, manufacturing, or industrial environments is essential, including troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues. You’ll also have experience managing small projects from start to finish, a good understanding of current and emerging technologies in systems support, and strong communication skills combined with commercial awareness.
